Project for 2025
The lake association is working on several project for 2025. These projects involve volunteers, state and county agencies. If you have a specific project that you feel would help improve or sustain lake quality drop us a note and explain as fully as possible the nature of the project. Be sure to give us contact information and location of the project.
2025 CSLAP Sampling
Water sampling will begin on 22nd of June. Volunteers will be collecting water sample on both lakes as well as taking dissolved oxygen readings. Sample will be analyzed for various chemical component and specific biological components.
2025 Rainfall Data Collection
As weather patterns have changed so has the intensity and frequency of storms. More intense storms are cause more runoff which allows sediment and nutrients to enter the lakes. Anyone with a weather station or rain gauge is encourage to share there rainfall and temperature data with us. A link can be found on the home page.
